Shipping policy

You can see the list of countries to which we deliver goods on the Shipping times page. The production time for customized products is 3 to 7 business days. The shipping time is 4 to 14 business days. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

In certain unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than the usual delivery time. This could be due to:

  • Issues with the carrier;
  • Due to the peculiarity of the location of the country to which the delivery is carried out;
  • Aspects of the local policies of the destination country.

Shipping Carriers

We typically ship orders to the United States using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination, shipping route, and service availability.
For other countries we typically use DHL for delivery.
In some cases, the carrier used for a specific order may vary depending on operational requirements, destination coverage, or service availability.

 Customised products

Customised products are dispatched after they have been manufactured. Manufacturing starts the day after the order is placed. They can take from 3 to 7 business days to produce.

How can I track the status of my order?
After we have shipped your order, an email update will be sent titled "A shipment from order #******* is on the way". You will find your tracking number and information inside this email.
With the tracking number you can track your order on the tracking page here

    Note: Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like
    customs, flights, weather, etc which are uncontrollable. Please be patient
    and you will receive the parcel.


    Customs & Tariffs

    No taxes are due on delivery - all taxes are already covered in your purchase total. Please note that customs may occasionally conduct more thorough inspections for security or tax verification, which can extend transit times; this is outside courier control but does not change the amount you pay.


    How do I change my delivery address?

    How do I cancel an order?
    Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is
    shipped we cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service.
